Trent Gilley

As Acquisitions Director of Canyon Creek, Trent brings over 20 years of experience in ground-up development, distressed debt, and asset-backed note acquisition.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director of Acquisitions for a private family office, where he led complex real estate transactions across multiple asset classes with a focus on retail assets.

Over his career, Trent has sourced and closed more than 110 acquisitions totaling over $1 billion in value.

He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and is actively involved in several Fort Worth charities and community organizations.

Trent attended TCU, where he earned a Bachelor of Finance.
