Justin Prachyl

As Partner of Canyon Creek, Justin brings nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate investment, acquisitions, and asset management. He helps lead the firm’s investment strategy and execution, focusing on acquisitions and asset management, while also maintaining Canyon Creek’s investor and broker relationships.

Before joining Canyon Creek, Justin served as Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Woodside Capital Partners, a Fort Worth–based private equity real estate firm specializing in opportunistic and distressed investments.

During his tenure, he played a key role in more than 50 transactions across 25 markets nationwide, representing over $439 million in total transaction volume.

As a member of Woodside’s five-person investment committee, Justin focused primarily on office, industrial, retail, and medical office assets, transacting with institutional counterparties.

Justin earned his MBA in Finance with Honors from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
