Emma currently serves in an analytical and reporting capacity at Canyon Creek. She plays a key role throughout the acquisition lifecycle, including initial underwriting, communication with selling entities, and ongoing asset management and investor reporting.

Her contributions are integral to ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong stakeholder relationships at every stage of the process.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Christian University, where she was an active member of the Real Estate Club, supporting undergraduate outreach and professional development initiatives.
